Iain has more than 20 years of integrated marketing and sales experience covering the UK, Ireland, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. With a range of both client and agency-side experience, Iain has managed clients including, British Airways, Qantas, Pan Pacific Hotels, AHC, Dole, Ford and Land Rover; and worked for AIA and The Emirates Group, directing global campaigns for Emirates Airline, Emirates Skywards loyalty programme, Emirates Flight Training Academy and both Pilot and Crew recruitment. He has extensive on- and offline experience across a wide range of industries and now Heads Operations for Bonsey Jaden, managing the efficiencies and optimisation of agency processes and teams across 6 markets.

Prior to Bonsey Jaden, she's spent 7.5 years in Grey Singapore and Jakarta where she groomed her finance team to be one of the best practice teams in the AMEA region. A firm believer in being an explorer in life, she left network agency life to help build scalability in a high growth independent agency. She's incredibly excited to help shepherd Bonsey Jaden into the next phase of growth.

He strongly believes in the magic of teamwork, and in how the best ideas always come from a good insight. Despite his many years of experience in advertising, he doesn’t claim to have seen it all and continues to have a curious mind. He has won his fair share of awards but his greatest trophy is his daughter.
