Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the successful delivery of creative assets to make the brand powerful from 2D designs (logos, key visual, concept visualization, POSM, website, newsletter …) to the static & motive graphics, videos for various digital / social platforms and ad formats
- Conceptualize and develop animation for moving motion assets
- Independently develop multiple design directions
- Collaborate with the client services team, strategists, and technical team to understand Clients’ needs including proactively propose and discuss the creative direction to be implemented & meet the targeted timeline
- Present ideas and designs to the internal team and/ or Client for approval
- Create a range of powerful, viable concepts and designs for each project to empower the brands
- Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to the clients
Key Qualities We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Design, Fine Arts or a related field
- At least 3 years of working experience as a designer in digital agencies
- Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective designs
- Proficient working in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, After Effects, Premier
- Live and breathe in digital, understand the industry and where it’s going, including new trends
- Great time management and self-motivation skills, work independently or as a part of a team
- Communicate effectively with all departments
- Be able to work in a collaborative environment, helping to brainstorm ideas
- Ability to communicate in English is preferred
